Sweet Tooth

Cakeman Raven definitely has some competition. Whose Cakeman Raven you ask? The best red velvet cake ever!!! Bad part about him is, he's only in Brooklyn :( but have no fear because I found another company whose red velvet cakes are just as good. They go by the name of Crumbs, so if you ever need a good red velvet cake and don't want to travel to Brooklyn, I definitely recommend Crumbs.

p.s. they make delicious cupcakes too

Summer's One-Pieces

Rompers are one of the biggest fashion trends for summer 2011 and I love it! They are so versatile, you can dress them up or you can dress them down and some even have cool patterns. I was browsing on urbanoutfitters.com and came across one of the cutest rompers I've seen all year,  then today I saw Rocsi from 106 & Park wearing it, so I took it as a sign that I must have :)

A black pump would look nice with this, but a peep toe bootie would make it look better here are two pairs I would go with....

Let me introduce myself......

Hi, my name is Crystal and I'm a foodie and shopaholic. I have this friend (winpearsstylings.blogspot.com) whose always encouraging me to start a blog because my love for food deserves to be shared with the world (this is true). I always said "maybe one day" and the day has finally come. My blog will focus on restaurants, fashion trends, and anything else worthy enough to be shared. Hopefully I'll keep up with it, so check back next week.

Couple of months ago I visited a Peruvian restaurnat called Pio Pio and can we say yummy! Peruvian are popular for their delicious, tender, flavorful roasted chicken, but Pio Pio has more then just chicken, they offer seafood dishes as well. Some of their dishes there are big enough for two people, so me and my friends ordered the matador and Jalea and we were VERY satisfied. Oh did I mention that their sangria is BANGIN', so if you're ever in manhattan and looking for something different to eat I recommend Pio Pio, visit their website for locations.

P.S. It's a small restaurant. I don't recommend going their with more then four people.
